The Mauritshuis organises special events for its International Friends in English.

Joining the Mauritshuis as an International Friend offers the chance to become a member of an international culture-loving community of English speakers in The Hague and beyond. You will enjoy many benefits, as well as being a member of an active group of people with a shared enthusiasm for art. The Mauritshuis organises special events for its International Friends in English.

Our International Friends receive the following benefits:

  • Unlimited free entrance to the museum
  • Free subscription to the museum's bilingual magazine
  • Invitations to exclusive previews of exhibitions
  • Lectures and talks from leading art specialists
  • 10% reductions on purchases in the museum shop
  • Exclusive excursions to places of interest in The Netherlands
  • Family activities for all ages
  • Hands-on activities and interactive workshops in English
    * Some of the activities will require an extra contribution

You can become an International Friend for €50 a year, and €65 for a couple.
