International Friends woud be delighted if you joined us on 4 September 2025 as our guest for a special occasion at the Mauritshuis to share our vision for our wonderful museum and its collection. We have identified four key areas, comprising an Inspiration Palette. This event is an opportunity for us to share our Inspiration Palette with you, presented by talented individuals who are coordinating specific projects associated with the four elements. We would like you to meet project leaders, curators and conservators, to share ideas of becoming involved, and discuss your possible financial contributions to allow us to turn these dreams into reality. With the support of our Friends, magnificent works have been added to our collection, such as this masterpiece by Clara Peeters Still Life with Cheeses, Almonds, and Pretzels, 1615. The Friends also contribute to special exhibitions, including Facelifts & Makeovers (2021).
In return for this friendship, we are happy to offer something in return. As a Friend, you always have free access to the Mauritshuis, and we organize special Friend openings. You receive our magazine, and you have access to various activities, including the mentioned lecture. Additionally, you always enjoy a 10% discount in our museum shop.
