On Saturday, the 29th of June, Dutch Veterans Day will be organized in the center of The Hague for 20th time. The museum is open as usual from 10:00 to 18:00.
Due to the parade, the Mauritshuis is less accessible. The streets where the parade will pass will be closed to all traffic on June 24 from 9:00 to 4:00 at the latest.
The Mauritshuis is located in the heart of the city. The route of the parade runs completely around the museum. Fortunately, there are crossing points, as shown in the map below.
Please allow fifteen minutes extra travel time from Den Haag Central Station.
