What does 2027 have in store for us?

In 2027, the Mauritshuis will present some special exhibitions: the final stretch of Thyssen-Bornemisza ❤️ Mauritshuis – Masterpieces from Madrid (15 October 2026 – 17 January 2027), featuring 25 masterpieces from Madrid – from Van Eyck to El Greco – exploring love in all its forms; The Bull (4 March – 27 June 2027), about bulls in art and the human fascination with these impressive animals; and Samuel van Hoogstraten (16 September – 9 January 2028), marking the 400th anniversary of Samuel van Hoogstraten’s birth and focusing on his remarkable Perspectives.
